Frequently Asked Questions

1.	How do I post my Ad?	Click on "SUBMIT NEW AD" and fill out the form that is displayed. When you click on "SUBMIT AD" your information is validated, and then a confirmation number is sent to the email address you provided. When you receive the email, click on the link provided, enter the confirmation number and your Ad will be posted for all to see. The purpose of confirmation is to ensure someone else cannot post an Ad using your email address. If you know how to use HTML, you are allowed to use the following tags when creating the Ad Title and Ad Text: Title = bold (b), underline (u), italic(i) Text = links(a), line break(br), paragraph(p), bold(b), underline(u), italic(i)
2.	How do I change my Ad?	Click on the "CHANGE AD" link in the "ACTION" column of the Ad. You will be asked for your email to confirm you are the Ad Owner, and then an email will be sent to you with a confirmation number. When you click on the link in the email you will prompted for the confirmation number and then can make any desired Ad changes using the resulting form.
3.	How do I respond to an Ad?	Use any contact information provided in the Ad text or title (e.g. phone number or email address). If no contact information is provided in the Ad then click on the "CONTACT AD OWNER OR SITE ADMIN" link in the "ACTION" column of the Ad. Fill out the resulting form, indicating the type of feedback you would like the Ad Owner and/or the Site Administrator to receive. A "QUESTION FOR AD OWNER" is sent to the Ad Owner along with your email address so they may respond. The other feedback types are sent to both the Ad Owner and the Site Administrator so appropriate action may be taken; your email address is not sent to the Ad Owner for these other feedback types.
4.	Is my email address safe?	When you become an Ad Owner, your email address is kept confidential and never given to a third party. In fact it is possible to post an Ad anonymously and receive feedback from potential buyers all without them having any of your contact information. Of course, if you submit a question to an Ad Owner about their Ad then your email is included in the question so they can respond to you.
5.	Do I need a userid and password?	No. All verification on this site is done via email. When you want to submit an Ad, change an Ad, delete an Ad, or give Ad feedback a confirmation number is sent to your email to confirm that it is really you that wants to take action. You must enter the confirmation number before the action is performed. As long as you can check your email you can use all the features on this site and you don't have to remember any userids and passwords!
6.	I did not receive a confirmation email for my action.	Depending on your email service provider it may take a few minutes for the email to reach you. Also if you are submitting a new Ad then you may have entered your email address incorrectly. If you have not received your confirmation email within an hour then try re-submitting your Ad. If you still do not receive the confirmation email then please contact PEIStuffOnline.com technical support at support@peistuffonline.com .
7.	How do I report abuse of this site? (e.g. Ads with offensive content)	If you feel that an Ad is inappropriate in some way then please use the "CONTACT AD OWNER OR SITE ADMIN" link in the "ACTION" column of the Ad to submit feedback to the Ad Owner and Site Administrator with the appropriate Feedback Type - DUPLICATE AD - NOT PEI STUFF - OFFENSIVE CONTENT - AD CONTAINS FALSE INFORMATION. Appropriate action will be taken by the Ad Owner and/or Site Aministrator to revise or remove the Ad.
